ENERGY MINISTER TRANSFERED President Hakainde Hichilema has transferred Energy Minister, Peter Kapala to the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock. The President has also moved Makozo Chikote to the Ministry of Energy. This is with immediate effect. President Hichilema has directed the Ministers to discharge their functions with due diligence in their new roles.
